Madame Louis LeVeque is probably a hybrid of a Moss Rose and an early Hybrid Perpetual. It shows the characteristics of both. It’s very fragrant, double, light pink flowers bloom repeatedly throughout the summer. Its flowers show just a touch of moss. Madame Louis LeVeque makes a sprawling medium sized shrub, as wide as it is tall. The foliage stays green and healthy throughout the growing season. Madame Louis LeVeque has proven to be hardy in our Zone 5 gardens.
