Sydonie is one of the earliest Hybrid Perpetuals. Many authorities classify it as a Portland. It has many Portland characteristics. We list it both ways. The medium pink flowers are so full of petals that they are quartered. Foliage is rarely bothered by disease in our gardens. The bush stays relatively low ~3 foot tall.
