The flat light pink flowers of Desiree Parmentier have a green button eye in the center when fully open.  The medium sizes bush stays quite compact and never looks overgrown.  The foliage has never been bothered by fungal disease in our gardens.  Desiree Parmentier makes an attractive shrub, even when not in bloom.
