Cramoisi de Alpes is another of the underrated Gallicas. Its profuse double medium red flowers light up the landscape in June. The foliage stays healthy throughout the growing season. Winter hardiness is excellent. The growth habit stays relatively low with sending up single canes with flowers at the new lateral growth in the spring.
