Oeillet Parfait is another of the Damask roses that show some of the gallica influence in its growth habit. It stays relatively compact and shrubby. The medium pink blend flowers have only moderate fragrance. The foliage stays green and disease free in our gardens throughout the summer. Winterkill is negligible.
