La Ville de Bruxelles is one of the classic Damask roses. The very fragrant deep pink flowers have so many petals they are quartered. The petals are so crowded together the open flower resembles a head of cabbage sliced in half. La Ville de Bruxelles is rarely bothered by disease is our gardens, in spite of the high humidity and high temperatures of Ohio summers. Like most Damasks, the mature bush is somewhat sprawling in form. La Ville de Bruxelles is one of our favorite Damasks.
