Kazanlik is one of the most fragrant Damask roses.  It is grown by the millions in the Kazanlik valley in Bulgaria where the flowers are harvested to make rose oil for perfume.  Hardiness is very good.  Kazanlik does sometimes suffer from black spot late in the season.  The bush has a sprawling habit.
