Prairie Harvest is another of the Griffith Buck roses, developed in Iowa, so you know it is hardy.  The long pointed buds are borne in clusters up to 15.   They open to rich, full yellow flowers that age to a soft buttery yellow.  The thick, leathery, glossy foliage is disease resistant.  Prairie Harvest is reliably hardy in Zone 5, with protection in Zone 4.
