Hi Neighbor is a lot like a red welcome sign in your garden.  This Griffith Buck rose has glossy disease resistant foliage and a showy medium red color.   It is new to our garden, but already, it has become one of our favorites.  The flowers are large and very similar to a Hybrid Tea.  Hi Neighbor makes a good cut flower.
