Rugosa Magnifica is one of the lower growing Rugosas.  It reaches about 3 feet tall with a total spread of 4 - 5 feet.  A very satisfying rose to grow.   No blackspot or mildew in our location and winter hardy to the tips.  It has a saturating fragrance.
