Rose a Parfum de I'Hay is one of the most intensely fragrant roses you can grow. The flowers are large and well shaped. The foliage does not show the distinct rugose wrinkling of most of the rugosas, and for that reason, there is a slight tendency for some blackspot late in the season. Rose a Parfum de I'Hay will continue to repeat into October.
