Pink Grootendorst is the first in line of the Grootendorst family of sports. Its delicate small pink flowers are carried in large clusters all summer and into the fall. The flowers almost look like carnations, but Pink Grootendorst is really a rose. Its thorns will attest to that. Pink Grootendorst is one of the rounded shrubby bushes that are found in the Rugosa class. We have never observed any black spot or mildew in our gardens.
