Jean de Arc is one of the lesser known Albas. Its milky white flowers have good fragrance. The bud form is outstanding. The mature bush is quite narrow at the base with strong upright growth. The canes will arch to the ground under the weight of full bloom. We have bushes of Jeane de Arc here at the nursery that have been growing for more than 80 years. The foliage shows good disease resistance in our gardens. Winter hardiness is outstanding.
