Madame Julien Potin is another of the relatively unknown rugosas. It deserves to be more widely planted. It bears hundreds of flowers with good fragrance along the long arching canes in the spring, with sporadic blooms through the season. The foliage has the typical disease resistance we have come to expect from the rugosas. We recommend it highly.
