Belle Poitevine is another of the lovely older rugosas.  Developed in France, the medium pink flowers are borne in clusters throughout the growing season.   The flowers are very fragrant.  Disease resistance in excellent in our gardens.  Winter hardiness is all you can expect with a rugosa.
