Delambre is one of the taller Portland rose.  It's deep pink flowers repeat several times during the growing season.  It's upright growth has the typical fountain effect with canes arching over under the weight of the spring bloom.  The foliage is disease free in our gardens even during wet seasons.  Winter hardiness is excellent.
