We have been looking for a long time to find a good yellow, disease resistant yellow rose that has good winter hardiness. We believe we have found it with High Voltage. The medium yellow flowers come in continuous waves all through the growing season. The foliage offers unparalleled disease resistance, and the winter hardiness is outstanding. High Voltage has an upright growth habit staying narrower than it is tall.
